Hypnosis

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a very effective and relaxing healing modality where problems and issues are resolved by using positive suggestions which lead to positive changes in thoughts and behaviour. It is simply a state of deep relaxation where you are able to listen, talk, imagine and always stay in control. Hypnosis and EFT work extremely well together and create a very powerful therapeutic technique that can address many, many issues.

How does Hypnosis work?

We all have a conscious and a sub-conscious mind. Hypnosis simply uses deep relaxation as a  way to talk directly to the sub-conscious mind and encourage positive and helpful changes.

Individual hypnosis sessions are carefully customised to give the best experience and be as beneficial as possible.

Does research support Hypnosis?

The benefits of hypnotherapy have been recognised in reports by the British Medical Association (BMA), American Medical Association (AMA), American Psychological Association (APA), and British Psychological Society (BPS).

Over ten thousand published research studies relating to hypnosis, several major journals and numerous reviews of existing research have concluded that the benefits of hypnosis are scientifically supported.
